Once a year, the parishes of the diocese send lay delegates along with their priest(s) and deacon(s) to the diocesan convention. This convention determines a budget for the diocese, elects women and men to leadership positions within the diocese, and debates resolutions which arise from individuals and parishes with the diocese.
